Diogo Evangelista (1984, Portugal) lives and works in Lisbon. Graduated in Fine Arts from the Lisbon University School of Fine Arts in 2008. His work reflects on the status of the image and its potential as a counter-cultural vehicle. With a multidisciplinary practice, his work revolves around themes of desire and transformation, exploring the animist potential that the human imagination has to appropriate concepts, images and environments.
