Eduardo Guerra (1986) and Miguel Ferrão (1986) Both live and work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Musa paradisiaca is an artistic project by Eduardo Guerra (Lisbon, 1986) and Miguel Ferrão (Lisbon, 1986). Founded in 2010, with the presentation of a set of podcasts at www.musaparadisiaca.net, Musa paradisiaca’s practice has been pluralized since. Within either discursive, participatory or in exhibition contexts, Musa paradisiaca can be seen to produce sculptures, films, drawings and performative actions, among others. While gathering different entities, practitioners, experts or references, be they collective or individual, Musa paradisiaca establishes an affinity of thinking that shares and reveals many voices. Recent solo exhibitions include “The I of the Beeholder”, Fundação Carmona e Costa, Lisbon (2020), “Cavazaque Piu Piu”, Galeria Quadrado Azul, Porto (2019), “Curveball Memory”, Galeria Municipal do Porto, Porto (2018), “Man with really soft hands”, Galeria Murias Centeno, Lisbon (2017), and Frieze, London (2017), “Maximum Theatre”, Quetzal Art Centre, Vidigueira (2017), “Masters of Velocity”, Dan Gunn Gallery, Berlin (2016), “Alma-bluco”, CRAC Alsace, Altkirch (2015), “Machines’ audition”, Kunsthalle Lissabon, Lisbon (2014), “Flowers’ audition”, 3+1 Arte Contemporânea, Lisbon (2014).
